Indilinx provides comprehensive warranty protection for its storage products, ensuring quality, reliability, and professional after-sales service. This page outlines the warranty coverage, limitations, service process, and important notes to help customers understand their rights and responsibilities when requesting warranty support.
Warranty Statement
2、Indilinx guarantees that in the event of material or functional defects or breakdowns during the warranty period, inoldi will service customers or customers by repairing or replacing products of the same class;
3、Indilinx will provide customers or customers with good or new products after maintenance. All returned products have been rigorously tested to ensure that their functions are equivalent to brand new products.
Warranty object
The warranty service terms of lndilinx are only applicable to the original consumers or customers of the company’sproducts purchased through the company or authorized legal sales channels. This warranty service is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased through second-hand resale or other distribution channels not authorized by indilinx; if the lndilinx after-sales center receives such products, once verified, it has the right to implement, including but not limited to confiscating, cancellation of management rights and other measures. When the original consumer or customer makes a warranty request, sufficient and necessary evidence must be provided to prove that the situation falls within the scope of service objects of the warranty terms of indilinx.
Limited Warranty
The scope of application of this warranty does not include product damage caused by unnatural or external factors, and Indilinx is not responsible for the information in storage products. lf any of the following conditions occur, the product will be Not applicable to the warranty clauses of Indilinx products:
(1) Failure due to factors other than the product itself such as irresistible environmental factors and improper human operation;
(2) Unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, parts replacement, SPD/firmware data change, label alteration;
(3) When product labels, warranty labels, tamper-evident labels and anti-counterfeit labels have been altered, damaged or lost;
(4) When the serial number of the product is inconsistent, altered, or unrecognizable;
(5) Products purchased through distribution channels not authorized by Indilinx;
(6) When the product is corroded, rusted, gold fingers are polluted, oxidized, damaged due to improper use environment;
(7) When the product is not functionally missing or incompatible due to improper use environment or method;
(8) When damage is caused by failure to operate, maintain and store in accordance with the requirements of the product manual regulations;
(9) When damage is caused by poor transportation or other force majeure;
For the above-mentioned products, it is up to indilinx to decide at its own discretion: indilinx can proyide paid
maintenance services according to the actual situation, and all costs involved (including maintenance fees, parts or
product replacement fees, transportation fees (two-way), cargo insurance fees (two-way)) shall be borne by consumers or customers themselves. Consumers or customers are requested to submit a request to the after-sales service center of Indilinx Headquarters through formal channels and undertake the obligation of full disclosure.
Product Warranty
(1) Memory products
The after-sales service of the Innodi memory series products is divided into five-year/lifetime warranty service commitments from the date of sale, depending on the product line;
(2) Solid state drive products
The after-sales service for the Indilinx solid state drive series products is divided into three-year/five-year service commitments from the date of sale, depending on the product line;
Warranty Policy Explanation: Taking 240GB as an example, if either the five-year limited warranty or 140TB warranty conditions are met, it is assumed that the warranty has expired. The product is not covered by warranty if used for more than five years, or if the write capacity exceeds 140TB (within five years). The above warranty period shall be calculated from the date of purchase (or production) of the product by the consumer. If consumers need warranty services, they should provide proof of purchase documents for the product (such as a unified invoice, shipping order, purchase record, etc.), and the warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product; If consumers are unable to provide proof of purchase documents, the warranty period of the product shall be calculated from the date of production.
Other Considerations
(2) Part of the product maintenance is done by replacement of spare parts, so the repaired product may not be the original repair product;
(3) For service requests for products beyond the warranty period, lndilinx can stil provide continuous maintenance services according to specific circumstances, and Indilinx will decide on the repair items and charge relevant fees for related maintenance services on its own;
(4) lndilinx does not provide services for replacement of different volumes and specified pellet cycle;
(5) Accessories (packaging, manuals, drives, protective cases, USB cables, brackets, etc) of indilinx mobile hard drives and SSD products are guaranteed for damage;
(6) Products purchased as part of a kit will need to be returned as a complete kit to be eligible under warranty;
(7) The limited warranty of the repaired or replaced product will be limited to the remaining warranty period of the original product or ninety (90) days after repair, whichever is longer, and will continue to apply to this limited product warranty.

5、Indilinx’s productscompany’s products in lifenot desianed for support equipment ordeathto product defects or failures, including but not Limited toOth ereouomentthat medical or its related equipment, military or its related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention system, combustionequipment. lf the company’s products are used in such applications,the company will not be responsible for anycontrolsvstem,nuclear powerpersonal injury or loss arising from this application.
Repair Method
2、Our company and the customer each bear the one-way freight, and our company has the right to refuse to accept the goods paid on delivery;
3、The sender pays the one-way freight and bears the possible loss of the goods to the receiver;
4、There must be a list with the goods. lf the goods are missing due to the absence of the list, the customer shall bear the loss by himself;
5、Provide efficient and high-quality warranty service to standardize warranty process according to different regions, such as individual or end-customer warranty needs, please apply through the authorized distributor or agent of Indilinx to enjoy the corresponding warranty service items. Please understand that personal insurance is not supported at this time.
